Monday, January 19, 2009, 16:42 p.m. – A Bunnell business owner reported that an ATV was missing from farm property located on County Road 305. the victim said the incident occurred sometime between noon on Saturday and 8 a.m. on Monday.

Monday, January 19, 2009, 17:30 p.m. – A Palm Coast realtor reported a home on Sea Front Trail was burglarized. Entrance to the home appeared to be made by forcing open a screen door and then accessing a rear sliding glass door. Windows were reported missing.

Sunday, January 18, 2009, 20:44 p.m. – A Palm Coast resident reported his car was broken into while it was parked on his driveway at Zelda Court. The resident said a wallet was stolen. The incident is believed to have occurred sometime between 2 p.m. Thursday and 8 p.m. Sunday.

Sunday, January 18, 2009, 21:10 p.m. – A Bunnell resident was arrested by Flagler County Sheriff’s deputies after the deputy observed the man driving erratically on U.S. 1 and Hargrove Grade. The man was charged with driving under the influence and transported to the Flagler County Inmate Facility.

Saturday, January 17, 2009, 20:47 p.m. – Residents of Raintree Place in Palm Coast reported a garbage fire. The residents told deputies that when they arrived home at 8:47 p.m, they found a 20-galllon plastic garbage container on fire. The Palm Coast Fire Department responded the cleared the scene.

Saturday, January 17, 2009, 23:45 p.m. – A Palm Coast woman was arrested on a Volusia County warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

Friday, January 16, 2009, 08:51 a.m. – A Palm Coast woman reported that her vehicle had been entered overnight while it was parked on La Mancha Drive in Palm Coast. The victim said her purse and cell phone were taken. The incident is believed to have occurred sometime between 9 p.m. Thursday and 8:51 a.m. Friday.

Friday, January 16, 2009, 14:24 p.m. – A Palm Coast man reported that multiple pieces of hunting equipment had been stolen from a parcel of land he owns on Colbert Lane, east of Forest Park Estates. The victim said the incident occurred sometime between Friday, January 11, at 1 p.m. and noon on Friday.

Thursday, January 16, 2009, 06:59 a.m. – A St. Augustine man was arrested early Thursday morning on an outstanding warrant from St. Johns County for failure to appear in court. Sheriff’s deputies stopped the man on Florida Park Drive as he was driving a vehicle with burned out headlight. A check of his driver’s license revealed he was driving without a valid license and had the outstanding warrant. He was transported to the Flagler County Inmate Facility.

Thursday, January 16, 2009, 08:43 a.m. – A manager of a local motel in the Flagler Plaza reported a storage shed and maintenance office had been burglarized. The manager stated a leaf blower and pressure washer along with miscellaneous tools had been taken in the incident.

January 14, 2009, 19:23 p.m. – Patrons of a local business on South Old Kings Road reported their vehicles had been entered while they were inside the business. In one instance, the driver side window had been smashed out. In the other instance, there was no sign of forced entry. The incident is under investigation.

January 14, 2009, 13:00 p.m. – A Flagler County Sheriff’s deputy discovered a rear door opened on a residence on Walnut Drive in the Dayton North area. The owner was called to the scene and reported no damage was done to the structure. An extra patrol was placed on the residence.

Monday, January 12, 2009, 16:46 p.m. – A Bunnell realtor reported a Palm Coast home on Palm Leaf Lane was burglarized. Entry to the home appeared to have been through an unlocked rear sliding glass door or side window. The inside of the home was vandalized.

Monday, January 12, 2009, 17:41 p.m. – A Bunnell resident reported her home on Carver Street had been entered and a stereo, a television and a long rifle were taken in the incident. The victim said she had been away from the home from Dec. 29 until Jan. 12.

Saturday, January 10, 2009, 22:56 p.m. – A Palm Coast woman reported her Wellington Drive home was being burglarized. The victim told deputies who arrived at the scene that she heard glass break in one of the bedrooms and someone climbed through the window. Deputies located a man sitting on the living room couch drinking alcohol. The victim identified him as someone who used to do yard work. He was arrested for burglary and theft and transported to the Flagler County Inmate Facility.

Saturday, January 10, 2009, 22:59 p.m. – A Bunnell man was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and possession of a firearm while under the influence of alcohol. The man was stopped around 11 p.m. on U.S. 1 after deputies observed him pull out of a convenience store parking lot without stopping.

Friday, January 9, 2009, 09:50 a.m. – A bank employee reported appliances stolen from a vacant home on White Hall Drive in Palm Coast. The employee told deputies he last checked the home in November.

Friday, January 9, 2009, 06:29 a.m. – A Westmount Lane resident in Palm Coast reported that someone smashed out his rear window to his vehicle. The victim did not have any suspects.

Wednesday, January 7, 2009, 14:27 p.m. – A Palm Coast resident reported his home on Laramie Drive was burglarized. The victim stated someone entered his home by smashing out a rear glass door and then went through a dresser located in the master bedroom. The incident is believed to have occurred sometime between 9 a.m. and 2:25 p.m. Wednesday.

Wednesday, January 7, 2009, 22:30 p.m. – A Birchwood Place resident reported that he was involved in an altercation with an unidentified white male on his front lawn. The victim was uncooperative and would only tell deputies that his assailant struck him several times in the face.

Tuesday, January 6, 2009, 20:37 p.m. – A Palm Coast man was arrested and charged with battery following a fight on the parking lot of the Old Kings Common Shopping Center in Palm Coast. The victim told deputies that he was struck in the face and deputies reported he had a laceration on the left side of his nose. His assailant was transported to the Flagler County Inmate Facility.

Tuesday, January 6, 2009, 23:39 p.m. – A resident of Ryall Lane in Palm Coast reported his car was broken into and a purse and GPS system was stolen. The incident is believed to have occurred sometime between 9 p.m. and 11:39 p.m. Tuesday.

Monday, January 5, 2009, 08:17 a.m. – A Palm Coast woman reported that two of her car tires were punctured. The victim said she parked her car on her Sentry Court driveway around 6:30 p.m. Sunday evening and at 8 a.m. Monday she discovered the vandalism. The incident is under investigation.

Sunday, January 4, 2009, 17:45 p.m. – A Rodger Court resident in Palm Coast reported a license plate was taken off his vehicle. The victim told deputies that he had driven the vehicle around 11 a.m. and noticed the plate was missing at 5:45 p.m. There are no suspects.

Saturday, January 3, 2009, 19:11 p.m. – Several residents in the area of Felwood Lane, and Farmsworth and Forest Grove Drives reported their homes were struck with pink paintballs. In a separate incident, a resident on Boxwood Lane reported paint balls had been shot on his residence and on the passenger side of his vehicle.

Saturday, January 3, 2009, 19:42 p.m. – A Palm Coast resident reported a rock was thrown through a bedroom window of her home on Rymer Lane. The victim told deputies she had an earlier altercation at a convenience store on Belle Terre Parkway, but she did not know their last names.

Friday, January 2, 2009, 17:50 p.m. – A Brunswick Lane resident in Palm Coast reported the right side of his mail box had been smashed and chipped off by an unknown object. The victim said he had been out of town for two weeks and did not know when the vandalism occurred.

Friday, January 2, 2009, 13:26 p.m. – An owner of property on Princess Mari Place in Palm Coast reported a microwave and two water softners were taken from the vacant property. The house had been empty since Nov. 7, according to the victim.
